Vacation Planning (Brazil) is a core module within ADP’s MTS platform, enabling employees to plan vacations and managers to review, manage, and act on behalf of their teams. As part of ADP’s OneUX modernization initiative, the module was reskinned to deliver a consistent, intuitive, and accessible experience aligned with ADP’s unified design system. 

The Problem

The legacy experience presented several challenges: 

  • Outdated UI with inconsistent design patterns across ADP modules 
  • Poor visual hierarchy affects usability and clarity 
  • Accessibility gaps and limited desktop optimization 
  • Inefficient workflows for managers reviewing and exporting team plans 

A UI modernization was required to improve usability, accessibility, and system-wide consistency.

Byteridge modernized the Vacation Planning module using ADP’s OneUX framework, focusing on clarity, accessibility, and workflow efficiency.
